Who we are

Lodestar Meridian is a marketing team built for law firms. We take the work nobody at the firm has time to own, and we do it on infrastructure the firm keeps.

The structure is deliberately simple. One lead owns the account and knows the firm — the matters it wants, the ones it doesn’t, and which partner has to approve a page before it goes live. Behind that lead sit specialists in search, paid media, social, reputation, development, and email infrastructure, brought in for the disciplines the firm has actually turned on. The firm gets the range of an agency and one person to call.

Practice area matters less than whether anyone owns the marketing. The part that holds true across all of them is this: an engagement almost never starts with a stranger arriving cold. It starts with somebody checking. A referring lawyer, a prospective client, a claims manager choosing from a panel, and increasingly an assistant answering on their behalf. Build for the check and the rest follows. Ignore it, and no amount of advertising fixes what the check turns up.

The playbook came out of an insurance defense engagement — the strict version of the problem, with Bar advertising rules on every template, a website the firm couldn’t export, and a second audience most agencies don’t know exists. It is described in full on the Work page. The same method runs for a plaintiff firm, a family law practice, or a twelve-lawyer general civil shop.

No one at Lodestar Meridian is an attorney. We do not interpret the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, and we do not offer opinions on what a firm may or may not publish. When compliance is in play, your compliance attorney reads the rule and decides; we build to that decision and hold it across every page. That division is how the work gets done properly, and we would rather state it here than let anyone infer otherwise.
